Why I Love This Recipe

Plums belong to the family of Prunes. Plum and Pomegranate together with a hint of Basil when blended into a smoothie provides a super antioxidant beverage with innumerous health benefits. A Must Try Drink!


Ingredients You'll Need

½ cup pomegranate seeds

1 ripe plum

4 large basil leaves

2 tbsp honey

1 cup water

¼ cup crushed ice


Directions

Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend for approximately 2 minutes or until smooth.
