Ingredients You'll Need

16 ounces dry white wine
2 cups water
1 cup carrots, peeled and diced
½ cup white of leek, diced
½ cup onions, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 clove
5 sprigs parsley
1 sprig thyme
½ bay leaf
5 white peppercorns, crushed
3 coriander seeds
salt to taste


Directions

In a large saucepan, bring the white wine and water to a boil. Add all remaining ingredients, except for salt and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and strain through a fine sieve
