Poisson Cru Tahitien a la Chinoise

Ingredients

.75 - 1 pound ahi
.75 limes
1 large cucumber
1 medium carrot
1 medium Japanese turnip
1 sweet onion
2-3 pieces of garlic
Small piece of ginger
Sesame oil and seeds
1 c. white vinegar


Soak fish in lime


De-seed cucumber, let carrots and turnips sit in ice, water and salt.


Mix vinegar and little sugar.


Add sesame stuff.


Mince garlic, ginger and add to "vinegrette".


Drain water and lime juice, add it all together, mix and add cilantro for garnish.
