POLISH CHOP SUEY CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple packed in its own juice
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspooons baking soda
  • Frosting (recipe follows)

Directions

  • combine insgredients, except frosting, in mising bowl. Mix by hand until well blended. DO NOT BEAT. Pour batter into 12 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
