POLISH CHOP SUEY CAKE
Polish Chop Suey Cake
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple packed in its own juice
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspooons baking soda
- Frosting (recipe follows)
DIRECTIONS
combine insgredients, except frosting, in mising bowl. Mix by hand until well blended. DO NOT BEAT. Pour batter into 12 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
