Polish Cucumber and Sour Cream Salad
This is a great bbq, get together, bring along dish, especially for the summer.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon very finely chipped dill
DIRECTIONS
Combine the sour cream with the sugar, salt, lemon juice and dill then mix in the cucumber and chill for about an hour

As Christmas is generally hot in Australia and we were having friends over for a BBQ for Christmas night I decided to make this as it sounded nice and it is better than nice I really really enjoyed it a simple salad that was refreshing and tasty! YUM
