Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
1-2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
4 Cups Chicken Stock
Your favorite pasta
I used left over grilled chicken, cubed it and added it to the saute pan with evoo and let it heat up, then throw in garlic and onion, when the garlic softens and the onions become translucent Add chicken stock and let that simmer with Italian seasoning, Put in grated parmesan cheese about a cup or to your liking and thickness.
When finished, throw over your favorite pasta and enjoy
