- 4 chicken breasts
- olive oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 15-20 medium shrimp
- 1 TBS chopped shallots
- 4 oz. dry Marsala wine
- 3 TBS cold butter
- 6 oz. chicken stock
- 1 lb. pasta, prepared
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/2" thick. In skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Lightly flour chicken. Saute both side of chicken - 4 min. on each side.
- Add mushrooms and stir to combine. Toss in shrimp. Add shallots and wine. Turn up heat to med/high. Add butter and chicken stauck. Allow to reduce for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta.
