  • 4 chicken breasts
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 15-20 medium shrimp
  • 1 TBS chopped shallots
  • 4 oz. dry Marsala wine
  • 3 TBS cold butter
  • 6 oz. chicken stock
  • 1 lb. pasta, prepared


  • Pound chicken breasts to 1/2" thick. In skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt & pepper. Lightly flour chicken. Saute both side of chicken - 4 min. on each side.
  • Add mushrooms and stir to combine. Toss in shrimp. Add shallots and wine. Turn up heat to med/high. Add butter and chicken stauck. Allow to reduce for 8-10 minutes.
  • Serve over pasta.
