I made Polynesian BBQ'd Ribs for football one time and they came out great!! This sauce tastes just like the BBQ ribs from the Chinese restaurant!

Excellent marinade or on ribs or pork tenderloin

• 1/2 C hoison sauce
• 1/2 C black bean sauce
• 1/4 C tamari
• 2 tsp fresh grated ginger root
• 1 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
• 3 Tbls minced garlic
• 2 Tbls brown sugar
• 1 Tbls dry sherry
• 2 Tbls tomato paste
• 2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp red food coloring
