- 4 TBLS soy sauce
- 2 TBLS rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 TBLS brown sugar
- 1 TBLS fresh orange juice
- 1 TBLS fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 TBLS very finely snipped fresh chives
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve with sushi, tatake, as a fondue dipper or try it to replace plain soy sauce!
NotesI've been trying to recreate the Ponzu sauce at my favorite sushi restaurant that closed.
This is pretty close!
