1 C chopped celery
1 C sliced water chestnuts
1 C sharp cheddar or medium, grated
1/2 C chopped green onions
1 C mayonnaise
1 lb. bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
6 C popped popcorn, any unpopped kernels removed
Combine the celery, water chestnuts, cheese, onions and mayonnaise. Can be refrigerated over night. Before serving add the bacon and popcorn. Mix well.
