POPPY SEED CAKE

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 oz oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (13 oz) can milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 (10 oz) jar poppy seeds
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • Powdered sugar, garnish

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Mix well in large mixing bowl the first eight ingredients.
  • Add poppy seeds and chopped nuts.
  • Bake in a greased Bundt pan for 50–60 minutes at 350° F. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
