- Preparation Time:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork
- 3 tbls vegetable oil
- 2 cups chili sauce
- 3 cups cooked rice
- Cut pork into 1" cubes.
- Brown pork in heated oil in a large skillet.
- Stir in chili sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered 30-40 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
