PORK CHILI

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork
  • 3 tbls vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chili sauce
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Directions

  • Cut pork into 1" cubes.
  • Brown pork in heated oil in a large skillet.
  • Stir in chili sauce. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer covered 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
