INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lbs. of Pork chops (3 butterfly pork chops)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. tabasco sauce
  • 2 T. real lemon
  • 1 slice lemon per chop
  • 2 slices oinon per chop
    •

DIRECTIONS

Mix Sause. Pour half into small glass dish. Preheat to 350. Add rest of sauce. bake covered for 1 hr. then uncovered 15 min. at 400. Serves 6
