Pork Chops in Marsalla Wine

Ingredients

4 thick-cut pork chops
3 tablespoons butter, divided
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 cup Marsala wine


1. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in a large skillet over medium heat; slowly brown chops on both sides


then remove from skillet.


2. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter in the skillet; add mushrooms and sauté 2 minutes. Add


garlic and sauté for l minute. Return chops to the skillet; add wine and simmer a few minutes.
