Pork Chops w/Apples & Stuffing
4 boneless pork chops (3/4 to 1" thick)
4 servings stuffing, prepared
1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
Heat oven to 375º.
Spread pie filling onto bottom of greased 13x9 baking dish.
Top pie filling with pork chop then stuffing.
Cover with foil and bake 30-45 min.
Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 min. until pork is done (160º).
