1 lb pork cut into cubes(I used port tenderloin)
2 Cans Cream of Celery soup
11?2 Cups Chicken broth or Apple Juice
2 med. red potatoes cut in chunks
3 carrots cut diagonally sliced
3 Cups chopped cabbage
1?2 Cup Milk
In 4 qt. sauce pan brown pork.
Add soup and broth (or apple juice which ever one you prefer) bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 30 min, stirring occasionally.
Add potatoes and carrots and cook for 10 minutes more.
Add cabbage and cook,covered, for 15 min or until veggies are tender.
Add milk and heat through.
Pairs Well With
Pork is my favourite meat. For years I had beef stews and then found out that there is such a thing as pork stew. To me pork and cabbage are a natural combination.
