2 (10-ounce) pork tenderloins
Cracked black pepper
1 cup (16 tablespoons or 2 sticks) butter
1 jar Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Onion Jam*
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Sprinkle tenderloins liberally with seasonings and press the seasonings into the meat. Place tenderloins
in a large glass baking dish.
3. Melt butter in a saucepan and pour over meat; bake for 15 minutes. Pour half the jar of jam over the
meat, reduce oven to 325 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes.
4. Slice diagonally and pour some of the heated jam over it; serve immediately.
