Pork in Sweet and Sour Sauce I got from Paula...when I was on a low carb diet called Somersizing! All recipes are sugar free.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup -- low-carb
1/3 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp splenda
1 teas guar gum -- for thickening (I will just omit)
Directions
Cut the pork into 3/4" 20mm slices and pound until thin. Heat oil in pan, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Saute pork in oil for a few minutes until done.
Remove from pan. Top with Sweet and Sour sauce and serve over Faux Rice
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
Combine water, ketchup, vinegar and soy. Heat just until boiling. Add guar gum to thicken. Take off heat and stir in Splenda or other artificial sweetener. Pour over meat.
