Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

6 pork tenderloins (about 1 1/2lbs)
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tsp paprika
Sauce:
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbls flour
1/4 tsp dry dill weed
1 dash paprika
1 squirt lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
Butter or margarine for browning


Directions

Mix flour salt and pepper together


Mix breadcrumbs and paprika together


Coat tenderloins in flour mixture


Dip in egg


Then in breadcrumbs


Chill 1 hour, single layer only


Brown in butter or margarine


Place on platter in 300 degree oven to keep warm


In pan used to brown add flour, more butter if needed, chicken broth, dill weed, paprika and lemon juice.


Bring to boil to thicken


Add sour cream


Pour over meat and serve
