Porkblade Steaks Dinner

Why I Love This Recipe
This is a one dish meal. My mother in law passed it down to me. A good fall go to meal.
Ingredients You'll Need
Pork blade steaks (4)
2 tablespoon shortening
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 pepper
1 can of condensed beef broth
1 med onions sliced
2-3 med potatoes peeled and quarter
2-4 carrots quartered
1teapoon dried basil
2 tablespoons flour
parsley
Directions
In skittle brown pork blade steaks in shortening
pour of dripping
season salt and pepper, reserve 1/4 cup broth
add broth to skillet
add onion, potato carrots
add basil
over and simmer for 45- 60 minutes until tender vegetables
remove meat and vegetables(keep warm)
add water to pan juice to make I cup.
add to skillet cover until thickend and bubbles
serve over meat and veg
