Portabello Mushroom Pizza served with Sweet Potato

Healthy and low carb alternative to pizza. This delicious recipe will allow you to eat the foods you love without the excess calories.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 Portabello caps
5 Tbsp of tomato sauce
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings: (Your Choice)
Pizza: Lightly prepare the portobello mushrooms by cleaning with a dry paper towel. On a sheet pan, position mushrooms underside up. Add tomato sauce, cheese and other toppings. Top off with black pepper and/or italian blend seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Side: Bake a sweet potato for 30 minutes, cut in half and drizzle almond butter on top (optional). Save the other half for later :)
