NotesSo, my nutrition has really been difficult to figure out, as I have so many food allergies and sensitivities and I also LOVE to swim, a lot. I read that having something like chocolate milk after a good swim is perfect for recovery: 4:1 carbohydrates to protein. Only problem? I have a milk allergy. So I bought Carob Soymilk. Nope, awful rash after drinking it. No soy. Oy.
