Pot Roast with Veggies
1 pkg beefy onion soup mix
2 pk brown gravy mix
1 can beef broth
2 cup water
carrots, peeled & cut in 2 inch pieces
salt & papper, to taste
Season all sides of roast with Tony's. Brown in 2 tbsp oil in skillet. Place roast in crock-pot.
Combine mixes, broth and water.
Pour over roast. Add potatoes, onions & carrots. Cook on high at least 4 hours, depending on size, cooking until tender when forked.
