INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 4 T. vegetable oil
- 8 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 T. potato flakes (instant)
- 4 c. bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
DIRECTIONS
In this order layer ingredients in bread machine pan. I set my machine to basic rapid and light crust and it's done in 1 hour and 53 minutes!
Note
this recipe is for 2 - 2 1/2 lb. machines
