Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4 T. vegetable oil
  • 8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 T. potato flakes (instant)
  • 4 c. bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast

Directions

  • In this order layer ingredients in bread machine pan. I set my machine to basic rapid and light crust and it's done in 1 hour and 53 minutes!

  • this recipe is for 2 - 2 1/2 lb. machines
