Potato Casserole

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

2 lbs frozen hash browns
1/2 melted butter
1 tsp salt
2 T. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint (or 2 cups) of sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Topping:
Box of corn flakes (crushed)
1/4 cup of melted butter


Mix all ingredients and put in a 9x13 pan sprayed with cooking oil.


Top with corn flakes


Drizzle melted butter over corn flakes


Cook at 350 for 60 minutes.

This was given to me when I worked at a local Tea Room. They usually served this with a muffin or quiche

That would be 1/2 cup of melted butter.

1/2 melted butter - is this to be 1/2 CUP? Thanks
