Ingredients

1 Tablespoon margarine, melted
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
4 Big potatoes, washed & thinly sliced
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1/4 Teaspoon rosemary


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine margarine with oil. Brush the bottom of a 9 inch baking pan with margarine/oil mixture. Combine potatoes with remaining oil/margarine. Arrange half of the sliced potatoes over prepared pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Spread the remaining sliced potatoes and sprinkle with remaining spices. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes until golden and tender.
