Potato Jack Soup
I made this soup one day with supplies I had on hand, it's really easy and good. Best served with homemade bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 gold potatos
- 1 can pepper jack soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can carrots
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- garlic to taste
- milk to thickness
- salt and pepper to taste, last
DIRECTIONS
Boil potatos and onions till done, drain. Mash like you would for mashed potatos. Add carrots and celery seed and mash again. Add soup and milk till you get the thickness you like. If adding fresh garlic, saute first then add with soup.
