POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  •  4 cups boiled and diced potatoes
  •  4 hard boiled eggs, chopped up
  •  ½ cup diced celery
  •  ½ diced white onion
  •  ½ cup boiled peas
  •  ½ cup low-fat mayo
  •  1 tbsp mustard
  •  2 tbsp relish
  •  1 sp salt
  •  ½ tsp pepper
  •  1 tbsp paprika
  •  Nature’s Seasoning

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients and toss in big bowl. Sprinkle top with paprika. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
