POTATO SALAD

Ingredients

  • 6 large Russet potatoes
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • salt and pepper to tast
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Directions

  • Boil potatoes
  • Cut up celery and onion
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl stir and serve

Notes

Ifound this recipe in a Betty Crocker cook book back in 1985. We were having a senior camping trip and I made potato salad. It went fast.
