POTATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS
- 8 medium potatoes
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 10 oz. whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans milk
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Bacon bits
- Paprika
- Ground mustard
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Sour cream
DIRECTIONS
Chop and boil potatoes.
Mash 1/3 and set aside.
Melt butter; add soup, milk, cream and broth.
Whisk mashed potatoes into soup; cook over medium high heat until heated through.
Add rest of potatoes and season with seasonings to taste.
Stir in some cheese and bacon bits.
Cook until desired consistency.
Serve with sour cream, cheese and bacon bits.
