1 package Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken (ham would work, too)
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 1/2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup milk
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp dried oregano leaves
1 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed or grated
2 cups grated mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces)
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the potato slices and Sauce Mix in ungreased 2 quart casserole or 9 x 13 " cake pan.
Stir in all remaining ingredients except the cheese.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and mixture is hot, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes longer.
Let stand a few minutes before serving.
