Praline Sundae Sauce

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup butter
16 large marshmallows
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
dash salt
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
1 teaspoon vanilla


In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, marshmallows, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted and mixture comes to a boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from the heat; cool for five minutes. Stir in evaporated milk, pecans, and vanilla; mix well. Store in the refrigerator. YIELD: 2 1/2 cups
