INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup of butter (do not sub. margarin)
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 RIPE bananas, mashed to equal (1 cup) Probably won't even need 2
  • 2 Cups of regular all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Cup of Buttermilk
