Presto® Pizzazz® Pizza Recipe
Yes! You can use Rhodes dough to make fast & easy homemade pizzas with your Presto® Pizzazz® pizza oven. Following are the recipe instructions for use with a Presto® Pizzazz® pizza oven.

PrintINGREDIENTS
- 12 Rhodes™ Dinner Rolls, thawed & risen
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- Suggested toppings:
- sausage(cooked), pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, olives, green peppers, tomatoes
- 1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
Spray board or counter with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine rolls together to form a ball and roll into a 13-inch circle.
Place on the Presto® Pizzazz® pizza oven pan.
Build up edges slightly.
Poke crust several times with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming.
Spread sauce over crust.
Add desired toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake on "Dual" setting 11-13 minutes.

This Presto pizza oven was given to my family a couple years ago during Christmas time. When I first looked at it, I thought there was not way this thing could cook pizza very well. I was extremely surprised when we made pizza on it. Of course, since I work for Rhodes Bake-N-Serv, we used Rhodes Rolls for the dough. From one package of Rhodes Texas or regular rolls you can get three pizza crusts. I usually get a package of dough out early in the day and just let it warm and rise in the bag. That works better than trying to thaw the dough out rapidly. What really surprised me is that my kids love pizza off this oven more than store bought or even delivery! My Christmas list for this year will include another one of these ovens.

We received another one of these ovens for Christmas this year! These are great. Now it is much easier to feed eight people when we make pizza. Teenage boys seem to be able to eat a whole pizza just by themselves!
