Pricilla's Potato Casserole
6 large potatoes, boiled and grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter, melted
1 pint sour cream
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese or more
1/4 cup green onions, chopped fine
Boil potatoes in skins, cool then grate. Add other ingredients to potatoes and mix well.
Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes and bake at 325 degrees until heated through.
