Priscilla's Corn Casserole

Ingredients

1 can corn
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1 small can evaporated milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons onion, grated
2 cups crushed saltine crackers
12 oz swiss cheese, cubed
salt and pepper


Drain whole corn, reserve 1/4 cup liquid. Beat eggs and add corns, liquid, milk, butter and onion. Fold in crackers and cheese, salt and pepper. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a 2 quart casserole.
