Prosciutto Wrapped Shrip with Rosemary and Stilton
20 uncooked large shrimp (peeled with tails on)
1 Tbl chopped fresh rosemary
Proscuitto (or bacon)
Crumbled Stilton cheese (you can substitute gorgonzola or blue cheese)
Black pepper, dash
Arrange shrimp on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, pepper and several splashes of balsamic vinegar. Wrap each shrimp in proscuitto and secure with a toothpick.
Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp 4-5 inches from broiler. Watch carefully to prevent burning, 5 min per side. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with cheese.
