- 1 scoop whey protein powder
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 20 g. carbs from fruit of choice (I prefer strawberries)
- Cinnamon to tasste
- 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
- 1. Mix it all into pancake batter (may need to add a tiny bit of water to make it easier to mix)
- 2. Spray non-stick spray on pan
- 3. Cook until brown
