Protein Oatmeal Pancakes

Serves 2 | Prep Time 2-3 | Cook Time 5

Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal
2 whole jumbo eggs
1 scoop whey protein powder
1 tbs honey
1 tbs peanut butter
20 g. carbs from fruit of choice (I prefer strawberries)
Cinnamon to tasste
1/4 cup sugar free syrup


1. Mix it all into pancake batter (may need to add a tiny bit of water to make it easier to mix)


2. Spray non-stick spray on pan


3. Cook until brown
