PROTEIN OREO COOKIES

Ingredients

  • For cookie:
  • 40 g. coconut flour
  • 250 g. egg whites
  • 10 g. baking powder
  • 40 g. fine oats
  • 40 g. 85% or more dark chocolate melted
  • 40 g. cocoa powder raw
  • 40 g. vanilla flavored protein powder
  • Sweetener (I use Stevia)
  • For Filling:
  • 10 g coconut flour
  • 40 g vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 140 g water

Directions

  • 1. Preheat oven 180 c
  • 2. Mix all For cookie ingredients in a bowl
  • 3. Spread/roll out dough on baking paper until .5 cm thick
  • 4. Stamp out 30 rounds (will make 15 cookies)
  • 5. Put on baking sheet and bake for 25 min
  • 6. Let cookies cool down
  • 7. Mix all for filling ingredients together
  • 8. Place between 2 cookies and enjoy
