Ingredients You'll Need

For cookie:
40 g. coconut flour
250 g. egg whites
10 g. baking powder
40 g. fine oats
40 g. 85% or more dark chocolate melted
40 g. cocoa powder raw
40 g. vanilla flavored protein powder
Sweetener (I use Stevia)

For Filling:
10 g coconut flour
40 g vanilla flavored protein powder
140 g water


Directions

1. Preheat oven 180 c


2. Mix all For cookie ingredients in a bowl


3. Spread/roll out dough on baking paper until .5 cm thick


4. Stamp out 30 rounds (will make 15 cookies)


5. Put on baking sheet and bake for 25 min


6. Let cookies cool down


7. Mix all for filling ingredients together


8. Place between 2 cookies and enjoy
