Serves 6-12 cups | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 20 minutes

Why I Love This Recipe

add some protein to your healthy, clean cheesecake


Ingredients You'll Need

1x 8oz pkg fat free cream cheese
1 scoop choc protein powder (or can be any flavor)
1 egg
1 egg white
3/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
3tbsp cocoa powder
1tsp vanilla
1/4 cup splenda (or stevia, truvia, etc to sweeten)


Directions

Mix together. Pour into 6-12 muffin cups (depends how large you want the cakes)


Bake 350 for 20 mins.


Top with whatever you like (ie: berries, light whip cream, greek yogurt, peanut butter, etc!)
