- 1/3 c. finely cubed provolone cheese
- 1/4 c. diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Combine cheese, red pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Add beef and shape into patties.
- Great on the grill!
