Pudding Bundt Cake
3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3 3/4 ounce package any instant pudding and pie fillin, any flavor
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup bundt cake pan. Beat all ingredients exzcept glaze in large mixer bowl on low speed, scaping bowl constantly, 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Spread with glaze and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
GLAZE: Beat 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tablespoons milk until smooth and of desired consistency.
