BackstoryMy entire cookbook is recipes from my grandmother. Some are from her mother. This is one that is but has one ingredient different. The instant pudding use to be pudding made from scratch. And has evolved to make it not such a long process. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
- 3/4cup bisquik mix
- 1pkg instant pudding mix
- 1/4cup vegitable oil
- 1 egg
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Shape into balls & place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten out with bottom of glass coated with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 min.
- Remove from oven and place cookies on wax paper to cool. Enjoy!
