Pull-Apart Caramel Cinnamon Rolls

Serves 10 - 12 | Prep Time 10 minutes | Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

18 to 19 frozen dinner rolls
1 small pkg regular butterscotch pudding (not instant)
6 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)


Lightly grease a Bundt pan.


Sprinkle pecans in bottom of pan.


Place frozen rolls in pan and sprinkle with the dry pudding.


Melt butter; mix in brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour over rolls.


Let rise overnight on counter, uncovered.


In the morning, preheat oven to 350.


Bake rolls for 30 minutes. Let sit for 5 minutes; then remove from pan (invert onto a platter or plate).

This is a great recipe for when you have overnight guests or when you want fresh-baked, early morning sweet rolls with little time to fuss in the morning. You prepare these rolls the night before and bake them in the morning.
