INGREDIENTS
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate or peanut butter chips
DIRECTIONS
Grease a cookie sheet. Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg. In mixer, beat batter for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla. Add dry ingredients, beat until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips (dough soft). Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 48 cookies.
