- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 cup pecan meal
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lg. instant Jell-O pudding, butterscotch
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cool Whip
- Melt all together.
- Press in a 13 x 9 dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Whip all together, except Cool Whip, and pour over cool crust.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
