- 1 cup powdered creamer
- 4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp allspice (optional)
- Combine all ingredients and blend well.
- Use 1-2 tsp. per mug of hot coffee, cocoa, or tea.
NotesWhen I made this the first time I thought the nutmeg flavor was a little strong so now I cut back the nutmeg by half. I do add the optional ground allspice.
