Pumpkin Bars

Ingredients

Crust:
1/2 c. flour
1/2 cup pecan meal
1 stick butter
Filling:
1 lg. instant Jell-O pudding, butterscotch
1 c. milk
1 can pumpkin
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip


Crust:


Melt all together.


Press in a 13 x 9 dish.


Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.


Cool completely.


Filling:


Whip all together, except Cool Whip, and pour over cool crust.


Top with Cool Whip.


Sprinkle crushed pecans on top.
