Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups surgar
1/2 cup oil (I use safflower)
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup canned pumpkin


Heat oven to 350. Cream sugar and oil; add egg and pumpkin. Dissolve baking soda in 1/3 cup hot water. Stir in dry ingredients and wanter mixture to pumpkin mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until done.


Can double recipe and make in a bundt pan
